Yoga is a powerful agent of change, and not simply a form of exercise. Within a safe community of fellow veterans and their family members, you will learn practices to relieve stress, to sleep more soundly, to ease aches and pains, to lower blood pressure, to increase strength and flexibility, to focus and balance, and develop a means to help manage the symptoms of PTSD and TBI. This is your chance to discover the benefits of yoga: vigor, vitality, balance, peace, and a sense of well-being.
No prior experience is necessary. If you are able to breathe, you are able to practice yoga.
*That being said, if you have any medical conditions or concerns, please check with your medical practitioner prior to beginning this or any yoga practice.*
